- Cancellations: Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel. We ask for as much notice as possible, and we'll do the same for you. No worries if it's last-minute due to serious circumstances—we don't charge cancellation fees. Let us know if we can help ease the situation; we can visit you at home, in the hospital, or at work to ensure you still get great hair.
- Products/Services: We offer a range of hairdressing services. If you don't see what you need, just ask.
- Payment/Prices: If you love it, you pay. Prices may change, but we'll always give you a heads-up.
- Service Refunds: If you're not thrilled, you don't pay. We'll work with you until it's just right. If we don't achieve that during your visit, you won't be charged until you return and are happy with the outcome. Prefer a different stylist? No problem, you can switch.
- Product Refunds: Our refund policy for services also applies to products. If you're not satisfied, return it anytime, no matter how much is used. Choose a refund or a replacement at no extra charge, even if the replacement is of greater value.
- Our Guarantee: If dissatisfaction arises days or weeks after your visit, we offer these options:
- Refund: A full refund, whether you return to us or go elsewhere.
- Redo: Revisit the salon, and we'll fix it at no extra charge.
- Refund and Pay Later: Get a refund while we work on it, and pay when it meets your expectations.
- Payment: We accept cash, cheque, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
- Liability: McMillans Hairdressers isn't liable for any damage or injury from using our services or products. If issues arise, contact us and consult your GP, dermatologist, or trichologist.
- Amendments: We may update these terms as needed and will notify you of any major changes.
